These Terms and Conditions govern your use of PaperFleets ("the App"), a naval grid battle game developed by Gabriel Gendelev ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these terms.
The App is intended for users aged 4 and older. Users under 13 must have parental or guardian consent before creating an account or submitting scores to the global leaderboard.
You may use the App anonymously (scores are stored locally on your device) or create an account using Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Accounts found in violation may be suspended or permanently banned without notice.
All content within the App — including graphics, audio, user interface designs, and source code — is the exclusive property of Gabriel Gendelev and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
The App is currently free to play. Future versions may offer optional in-app purchases (cosmetic items, difficulty packs). All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Prices and availability may change at any time.
Scores submitted to the global leaderboard are validated server-side. We reserve the right to remove scores that appear fraudulent or that were obtained in violation of these Terms. Global leaderboard participation requires a registered account; anonymous play scores are stored locally only.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or device malfunctions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may stop using the App at any time; anonymous local data can be deleted by uninstalling the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will notify you within the App or by email (if provided).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
